Retail Price: $32

Blend Details: 100% Grenache Gris

Vineyard: Rorick Heritage Vineyard, Murphys CA

Tasting Notes: Aromatics of fresh orange peel and peach skin are followed by the fine grain tannin found in the Grenache variations. The structure is balanced by delicious citrus notes on the palate, and the purest of orange hues. The color on this one is seriously amazing.

Pairing: Pairs beautifully with roasted root vegetables, enhancing their earthy sweetness with its crisp, citrusy notes. Enjoy it alongside creamy cheeses or charcuterie boards, where its subtle tannins and stone fruit flavors create a perfect balance. For a delightful match, serve it with grilled seafood or herb-infused dishes to complement its refreshing, aromatic profile.

Winemaking: After 17 days of fermenting on skins and building structure through a combination of pump overs and punchdowns, we aged this wine in neutral barrels over 6 month
