About this wine

Vin de Soif - "Wine of Thirst"

Release date: April 2026, 300 Cases

Retail Price: $26

Blend Details: 100% Albariño

Vineyard: Gomes Vineyard, California

Tasting Notes: Crisp and bright on the palate, with lively acidity and flavors of stone fruit, lime, and a touch of minerality. Smooth texture with a clean, refreshing finish.

Pairing: Pairs especially well with seafood like grilled shrimp, oysters, or ceviche, where its bright acidity and citrus notes complement the brininess. It’s also great with light dishes like summer salads, grilled vegetables, or simple roast chicken with lemon and herbs. Italian cuisine is a favorite in our house, so add pasta + pizza to the list!

Winemaking: Direct to press, fermented and aged in a combinations of 500L neutral puncheons and neutral 228L barrique. Aged on the lees for 7 months, partial malolactic fermentation. Filtered for Clarity, Bottled Early for Freshness.
