Common questions
The fine print, in plain language.
How does shipping work?
Members choose between two shipments per year (every six months) or one shipment per year. We pack and ship from Sonoma; tracking is sent to your email when each box leaves the warehouse. Wine ships ground to all eligible US states.
Can I customize my bottles?
Yes. Pick 6 or 12 bottles, and choose all red, all white, or a mixed selection. You can change your preference between shipments by emailing the team — we read every reply.
When am I charged?
You’re charged when each shipment is prepared, not when you sign up. There’s no fee to join. You’ll get an email a few days before each charge so nothing’s a surprise.
Can I skip or cancel a shipment?
Yes — anytime, no questions asked. You can manage everything (skip, pause, change frequency, change bottle count, cancel) from the customer portal we send you after sign-up.
Do members get a discount on additional wine?
Members get 10% off all wine purchases on drinkcp.com — every bottle, all year. The discount applies automatically once you’re logged in.
What states do you ship to?
We ship to most US states where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is permitted. If you have a question about your state, email bsenesi@bnbwines.com and we’ll confirm before you join.
Who actually runs this thing?
Brian Hurley makes the wine. Basile Senesi runs the business. They’re also the people who reply to your emails — that’s the “direct line” benefit, and it’s real.
