Wood-fired Italian — Four San Francisco locations

About
What started in 2016 as founders Brandon Gillis and Boris Nemchenok's "Neighborhood Italian" passion project on Clement Street now serves four neighborhoods across the city. Each Fiorella shares the same DNA: a wood-burning oven, a warm and unpretentious dining room, the iconic 'legends' wallpaper celebrating local heroes like Joe Montana and E-40, and a casual neighborhood vibe built for everyday dining.
The Menu
Regionally-inspired Italian: blistered, wood-fired pizzas and house-made pastas built on seasonal Bay Area ingredients. The Burrata Pie with cherry tomatoes and basil is the signature; the Radiatore Alla Vodka Diavola, the Chitarra Alla Cacio e Pepe, and the herbed chicken wings with Calabrian chili-honey are perennial favorites. Save room for the Guittard Chocolate Budino. A focused Italian-leaning wine list and a creative spritz program round things out.
What we'd pour here
Wood-fired heat and burrata want crisp, mineral whites. The Albariño VDS cuts through richness with sea-salt brightness; the Albariño Amber VDS adds skin-contact texture for richer pasta dishes and the Vodka Diavola.
