The Menu
The market-driven Cal-Italian menu blends Italian flavors with California's seasonal bounty and is built for sharing. A fresh batch of seasonal risotto comes out every half hour with ingredients that change daily. The bottle list is serious and eclectic, and every 750ml bottle is half price on Mondays, which might be the best wine deal in Marin.
What we'd pour here
A menu built on sharing wants a wine that moves between plates without losing the thread. The Sonoma 'Atelier' White Field Blend, co-fermented, stone-fruited, and textural, is a favorite pour here and follows the risotto wherever it goes that day.
